Jo Derriman

Jo Derriman has worked in the Learning and Development field since 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Learning and Development Partner at South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive. In 2013, they joined Huthwaite International as a Senior Client Director. In this role, they were responsible for working with clients at C-suite level and broader stakeholders to understand commercial objectives, define training needs and rollout plans for their sales population. Jo also supported the sales, marketing and technical divisions to provide a united approach through workshops, e-learning and virtual webinars. Additionally, they built and delivered learning journeys for global sales populations at all levels. In 2018, they assumed the role of Client Director at Huthwaite International, where they were responsible for directing account teams to ensure successful design, implementation and programme management of global training projects. Jo also project managed global training projects from initial set up and design through to post implementation and embedding of new skills. Her experience working globally across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare/Medical Devices, Digital Printing, Manufacturing, Finance and Hospitality.

Jo Derriman obtained a BSc in Human Psychology from De Montfort University between 1997 and 2000.
