Tefari Bailey has a diverse work experience. Tefari started their career as an Analyst Corporate Finance at the City of Toronto in 2015, where they focused on designing and modifying business systems and IT systems. In 2016, they joined TD as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Financial Services Representative, providing banking and financial advice to customers. In 2019, Tefari founded Canada Homes, an online real estate brokerage that was later acquired by Realty Conversion. In the same year, they also became the Chief Executive Officer of Hutsy. Overall, Tefari has demonstrated expertise in finance, customer service, and entrepreneurship.
Tefari Bailey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Economics from Brock University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in 2020. Tefari is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto, starting in 2018. They have also completed courses related to finance through the Canadian Securities Institute, including the IFIC and CSC programs.
