Kelly Alkema

Kelly Alkema is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Hutt City Council since February 2013, Kelly has also held the positions of Divisional Manager Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Consultant within the same organization. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Kiwibank from August 2004 to January 2013 as an HR Business Partner, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and practices.
