Wendy Moore

Wendy Moore is an experienced professional in strategy and planning, currently serving as Divisional Manager at Hutt City Council since June 2008. In this role, Wendy has successfully integrated the Council's vision, policy, and strategy documents into a cohesive Integrated Vision, which serves as a foundation for the Council's Long Term Plan from 2012 to 2022. Prior to this position, Wendy worked as Principal Policy Advisor for the Alcohol Advisory Council from October 2002 to June 2008, where significant contributions included leading initiatives to change New Zealand's drinking culture, developing research programs, and reviewing the Sale of Liquor Act. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Arts in History from The University of Auckland.
