Ron Friedman is CEO and Founder of Hutton Capital Management. Ron brings to the company more than 15 years of experience in the asset based lending industry. After receiving his JD from Brooklyn Law School, he started his career in the capital markets division at the Bank of New York where he negotiated international swap derivative agreements. Ron then entered the private equity segment of finance where he successfully managed private investments in publicly traded companies. His experience and relationships in the private equity sector was a natural segue into the asset based lending world and the eventual formation of Hutton Capital Management.
Ron and his proficient team have steadily grown Hutton's lending platform by developing a range of creative capital solutions that have enabled their borrowers and partners to quickly and efficiently finance their business activities.
