Arnold Tamse

Arnold Tamse is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. As Co-Founder and Director of Lokin Tamse, Partners in Vastgoed since November 2009, Arnold has focused on structuring real estate syndicates and managing assets for investment funds totaling over €40 million. Concurrently, since October 2015, Arnold serves as a landlord member of the Huurcommissie. Previous roles include Director/CEO of Tamse Vastgoedconsultancy bv from January 2005 to November 2009, and International Director at CBRE from January 1998 to December 2004, as well as Director positions at Nieboer Gemako Group and Kamerbeek Makelaars groep. Arnold holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and has completed additional training in 2010.
