Michał Idzikowski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha focuses on innovation projects through training and mentorship for technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to the development of decentralized finance solutions. Other notable positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, and advisory roles at IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Project Management Institute.
