Larissa Tomé

Larissa Tomé has a wealth of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Larissa began their career in 2003 as a Senior Sales Consultant at STB Student Travel Bureau, where they were responsible for providing customers with information about programs, schools, lifestyle, culture and documents necessary for each travel. In 2002, they joined The Walt Disney Company as an F&A Operational Worker, developing skills in dealing with people from different parts of the world and their cultures. In 2006, they were part of the select group of 50 international participants of the Academic Exchange Program at The Walt Disney Company, where they were a Merchandise Operational Worker responsible for demonstrating and selling Disney products to guests from across the globe. In 2007, Larissa joined Flytour - Corporação as an Operational Coordinator, where they were responsible for budget control of each event, negotiation with national and international suppliers, contract analysis and full operationalization of the event's logistics. From 2016 to 2021, Larissa was an Independent Business Owner, providing expertise in prospecting and customer loyalty, and participating in external meetings to align and organize strategies appropriate to the event's demand and goal. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Regional Director - Porto at Huvr Inc.

Larissa Tomé has a diverse educational background. Larissa received a Hospitality Management Certificate from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they earned a Postgraduate Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2005-2006 and a Bachelor in Tourism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2001-2004. Larissa also has several certificates, including a High Intermediate Spanish Certificate from Cervantes Escuela Internacional in 2010, an Issue and Reissue Airline Ticket Certificate from Sabre Training in 2011, a Basic Certificate from Sabre Training in 2007, a Sales and Marketing Certificate from Crown Institute of Studies - Auckland New Zealand in 2000, and an Advanced English Certificate from Languages International in 2000. Lastly, they have a High Intermediate English Certificate from Cambridge College - Cambridge UK.
