Tucker Franciscus

Tucker Franciscus has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Tucker currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Huwa Enterprises, where they manage financial and corporate strategy for the conglomerate's different entities. Previously, as a Principal at TLF Consulting, LLP, they provided strategic and financial services to executives and directors of public and private companies. Tucker also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Tracker Resource Development, where they oversaw various corporate functions. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO and Corporate Strategic Advisor at North American Petroleum Company. Additionally, Tucker has experience as an investor and strategic adviser at Bluegate Creek II Energy Partnership. Tucker began their career in the US Army and worked in investment banking roles at Stifel Financial Corp., JP Morgan & Co., and Deutsche Bank. Tucker holds expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
