Suzanne Schoenmakers-Wielens

Suzanne Schoenmakers-Wielens is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing environmentally focused projects within the renewable energy, waste treatment, and recycling sectors. As the Managing Director and Owner of RG-projecten since April 2014, Suzanne has led numerous complex initiatives, including Waste-To-Energy and Biomass-To-Energy projects, along with project management roles in large wind power parks. Current positions include Project Manager for the Luierinitiatief at Meerlanden and various roles with HVC, PreZero Nederland, and Attero, where Suzanne focuses on sustainable energy initiatives such as the new steam turbine project at Attero's waste-to-energy plant. Previous experience includes consultancy and managerial roles with Royal HaskoningDHV and Stork Technical Services, underpinned by an educational background from Delft University of Technology and international schools in the Netherlands and Austria.
