Catherine Schatz, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP, is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at HVEA Engineers since January 2017, where Catherine oversees the HR function for a premier transportation engineering firm. Previously, Catherine held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager and Head of Human Resources at the International Federation of Accountants from May 2008 to January 2017, contributing to the global organization’s mission to enhance the accountancy profession across 135 countries. Additionally, Catherine served as Director of HR & Administration at Imaginova Corp. from June 2005 to May 2008, managing a comprehensive range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Early in their career, Catherine worked as a Human Resources Manager at Recruitsoft from February 2003 to February 2004.
