Nicolette Opdam

Nicolette Opdam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services law. Currently serving as a Partner and the EMEIA FSO Law leader at HVG Law LLP since September 2005, Nicolette heads a substantial team of over 250 lawyers across various jurisdictions, while also leading the financial services team in the Netherlands. Previous roles include Sector Leader at EY's Pension Practice Group and Board Member and Treasurer of the Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht. Before joining HVG Law LLP, Nicolette held senior positions at PwC and worked as a legal policy officer at Fonds Voorheffing Pensioenverzekering. Nicolette's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as leadership programs at London Business School and INSEAD.
