Andrew Frans

Andrew Frans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew began their career as a Snr Recruitment/Staffing Consultant for a career consultancy, where they played a crucial role in building new offices and operations across Germany. Andrew then moved on to Qualcomm as a Snr EMEA Staffing Specialist, where they supported multiple offices across the EMEA region, with a focus on Germany, Italy, and the UK. Frans then joined Convergys EMEA as an Interim Senior Manager, supporting recruitment across the entire EMEA region. Andrew later worked at Illumina as a Talent Acquisition Manager and EMEA Lead, responsible for managing talent acquisition for the company's western European operations. Currently, Frans holds the role of Head of HR at hVIVO, a world-leading life sciences company focused on studying human diseases. In this role, they lead HR initiatives and contributes to the development and advancement of healthcare solutions.

From 1989 to 1993, Andrew Frans attended Aberystwyth University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Science.
