Carol Dalton

Carol Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carol began their career in 2010 at Feast Catering & Events as a Food & Beverage employee. Carol then moved on to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they worked in Restaurant Reservations from 2010 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Carol worked at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa as a Restaurant Supervisor & Reservations staff and later joined Avoca Ireland as a Nutritional Advisor.

In 2017, Carol joined Raglan Capital as a Senior Associate and also started working at Open Orphan Plc as an Associate. At Open Orphan Plc, they climbed the ranks, becoming a Senior Associate before taking on roles as VP, Genomic Health Data and VP, Investor Relations & Public Relations.

In 2021, Carol became a Co-founder and VP of Investor Relations & Public Relations at Poolbeg Pharma plc while still maintaining their position at Open Orphan Plc.

Throughout their career, Carol has gained valuable experience in various roles, including customer service, hospitality, data analysis, and investor relations.

Carol Dalton completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Nutraceuticals for Health & Nutrition from Technological University Dublin, from 2010 to 2014. Carol also earned a Diploma in Psychology from ATI Psychology Institute, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a First Language/EFL Language Instructor from Global TEFL, both obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to these qualifications, they completed their Leaving Certificate from St. Gerards' School, Bray, Co. Wicklow, in 2010.
