Masja Helmer

Masja Helmer currently serves as a Strategic Communications Adviser at HVO Querido since January 2024. Prior to this role, Masja held various positions at Both ENDS, including Head of Communications, Team Coordinator, and Communications Officer from November 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included external communications, web content management, social media, publication production, and fundraising support. Masja has previous experience as a Project Manager at Synovate and Interview-NSS, focusing on data collection and face-to-face research. Masja holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from Leiden University and has completed several professional development programs in communication and management, including studies at NCOI Opleidingen, Van der Hilst Communicatie, and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Additional certifications include coursework in Transactional Analysis and French language proficiency.
