Elena Lobato is an experienced logistics and customer success professional with a solid background in operations management. Currently serving as Director of Logistics at HW Home since July 2021, Elena has previously held roles such as Customer Success Manager at Redica Systems and various positions including Client Success Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Operations Specialist at Wishlist Rewards from October 2016 to July 2020.
