Jesus Cardona Reza

Jesus Cardona Reza is an experienced quality engineer with a strong background in process improvement and production management. Currently employed at Hwaseung R&A since January 2017, Jesus focuses on project start-up, system development, and documentation related to KIA and FCA. Prior roles include serving as a quality engineer at Innotec, where responsibilities included process control, problem analysis, and customer service for clients such as Johnson, Faurecia, and Grammer. Jesus has also held positions as production superintendent at Beipsa and continuous improvement specialist at KIOSKO, as well as senior production supervisor at Nemak. Educational qualifications include a degree in Ingeniería, Procesos y Operaciones Industriales and a Técnico Superior Universitario in Procesos de produccion, both from Universidad Tecnologica de Coahuila.
