Alfonso Valenti

Alfonso is one of Australia’s leading outsourcing, technology and contract and commercial lawyers, and also has deep procurement/commercial consulting experience.

Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth Alfonso worked for Herbert Smith Freehills and Minter Ellison, held senior commercial and procurement roles at two ASX100 companies, and ran his own boutique legal and commercial consulting practice.

Alfonso has worked with clients in the media, energy, mining, technology, manufacturing and financial services sectors. He has experience in advising across the full life cycle of business transformation, technology and strategic sourcing projects.
