Gamini Colless

Gamini is highly experienced in the areas of corporate finance, structured property finance, major property and infrastructure projects.

Gamini has advised corporate, government and joint-venture clients on complex financing and development transactions for a number of large-scale projects in Australia.

He was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1990 and joined HWL Ebsworth in 2012, after a career during which he was a banking and finance partner at two of Sydney’s largest law firms.
