Jane Wild

Jane’s core areas of focus are construction projects, commercial contracts and energy & embedded network arrangements. She assists clients throughout the entire life cycle of their project, from inception/tender phase through to project delivery including drafting all forms of project documentation, contract negotiation and administration with a focus on minimising the likelihood of disputes.

Jane works with a range of private sector clients including listed property trusts, developers, schools, faith based institutions, contractors, suppliers, tolling contractors and solar developers. Jane was recognised in 2015 by Doyle’s Guide as a recommended lawyer in the category of Leading NSW Construction Lawyers, recognised in 2017 in Legal 500 as a “client favourite” and recognized in March 2019 by Best LawyersTM Australia 2020 for Construction/Infrastructure Law.
