Joanna provides advice to iCare scheme agents, self -insured parties, self insurers, licensed corporations and clients in the government sector in statutory indemnity,common law, and public liability claims.

Joanna leads the workers compensation recoveries team and is widely recognised as one of the leaders in statutory indemnity claims. She routinely conducts recovery projects for clients with the aim of expediting financial return and reducing claims costs. Joanna is also called upon by clients to review internal processes and provide training in recoveries.
