Kathryn Dent

Kathryn Dent is currently a partner at HWL Ebsworth. Prior to this, they served on the Subject Advisory Committee for the Governance Institute of Australia from June 2019 to May 2021. Kathryn has also been a member of the National Advisory Board for Employment with the Accommodation Association of Australia since February 2019.

From November 2011 to May 2021, Kathryn was the Director of People + Culture Strategies. Prior to that, they were a lawyer at Gadens Lawyers from October 1999 to August 2010 and at Sparke Helmore from January 1994 to December 1999.

Kathryn Dent has a Master of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney, an LLB from the University of Technology Sydney, and Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kathryn has also attended Harvard Business School, Harvard Business School Executive Education, and the Loreto Normanhurst school.

They are on a team with Chris Egan - Partner, Matthew Broderick - Partner, and Peter Campbell - Partner. Their manager is Juan Martinez, Managing Partner.
