Peter Bittner

Peter is a planning, environmental and government law specialist. He understands the immediate and long term needs of both private and public sector clients and advises on land use and administrative law issues.

He advises on large residential, commercial, retail and industrial developments, as well as infrastructure projects for both the private and public sector. This includes advice on large and complex master planned communities including “green field” residential developments as well as infill development. He regularly advises significant development and resource entities as well as government entities.

Peter is the head of the firm’s Brisbane Planning, Environment and Government Team and holds specialist degrees in both law and science.
