Peter Crethary

Peter has been acting for Commonwealth Government Departments and Agencies since 1996. He also acts for self-insured licensees under the Comcare scheme.

Peter is one of the most experienced practitioners in National Workers’ Compensation in Australia, providing full front to back end service for his clients. He also practices in the area of judicial review and administrative law. Peter specialises in representing corporate self-insureds and the Government in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts. He is also an experienced advocate in these jurisdictions when matters proceed to hearing.

Peter has for the past three years, most recently in 2020, been recognised as a leader in the area of Insurance/Workers’ Compensation in Doyle’s Guide.
