Richard is a partner and head of HWL Ebsworth’s insurance team in South Australian and the Northern Territory.

Richard has in excess of 40 years’ experience in commercial and civil litigation acting for national and international insurers, large corporations and government agencies.

Richard has strategised some of the largest and most complex, high profile cases in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Richard’s practice covers a diverse range of disputes across all classes of insurance and includes advice on indemnity issues and policy coverage. Richard also frequently advises on professional regulatory issues and appears at disciplinary hearings.
