Sarah Thompson

Sarah specializes in government and administrative law, including judicial and merits review, acting on behalf of the Commonwealth government in a range of litigation matters.

Sarah has worked as an in-house and external legal advisor to the Department of Home Affairs. She regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court, and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

She has advised a range of clients in relation to Immigration, Disability, Child Support, and Freedom of Information.

Sarah is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist.
