Simon advises clients on the procurement and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.

Simon has worked on projects across a number of industry sectors including road, light rail, building and electricity for Governments, private sector principals, contractors, developers and service providers. Simon works with clients on a variety of contracting arrangements, including design and construct, construct only, O&M, facilities and asset management, managing contractor and PPP transactions, as well as wide a range of consultancy, services, standing offer and other commercial agreements.
