Gary Allen Nowell Jr

Gary Allen Nowell Jr is an experienced restaurant professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Restaurant Owner and Franchise Owner of Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries since February 2018, Gary has demonstrated strong leadership in total restaurant operations. Prior to this role, Gary was the General Manager at Carrols Corporation from October 2013 to January 2017 and held the position of Unit Director at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. from 2005 to 2013. Gary’s culinary journey began as a Head Cook at Cubbies from August 1998 to October 2005, establishing a solid foundation in the industry. Gary graduated from North Lenior High School between 1989 and 1993.
