Rachel Stone, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist IV at HX5, LLC since March 2020, Rachel maintains expertise in federal and state employment laws, conducts investigations, and assists managers with disciplinary matters. Previous positions include roles at Crosspoint and ASV, LLC, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Rachel also held managerial responsibilities at Good Spirits Distributing, where recruitment processes were developed in compliance with applicable regulations. As the Owner/Operator of ARV, LLC, significant improvements in employee retention were achieved. Rachel earned an MBA in General Business and a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word.
