Beth Decker currently serves as Project Manager at HXWize since April 2022. Previous experience includes the role of HR Manager at Finished Home Services from September 2017 to August 2019, where significant achievements included winning an employee wage claim dispute and establishing OSHA compliance procedures. Prior to that, Beth worked at Larsen Billing Service, LLC, from October 2009 to November 2014 in various capacities, including HIPAA Compliance Officer and IT Manager, where responsibilities ranged from implementing a HIPAA-compliant website to developing company-wide training on internal policies. Beth also has a background in improving HR processes and procedures and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business: Experience Design and Management from Brigham Young University.
