Julie Staudenmier

Julie Staudenmier serves as a Coach and Global Search Leader at HXWize, focusing on enhancing the Human Experience of Work through learning and coaching methodologies. With extensive experience in talent development, Julie has held prominent roles at GLG as Vice President, overseeing areas such as leadership development and organizational design. Previous positions include Vice President roles at Pfizer, where strategies for global talent management were executed, and at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as Executive Director, leading change management initiatives. Julie has also contributed to talent management at TD Ameritrade and American Express, and held a significant HR role at Sony Electronics. Julie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from South Dakota State University.
