Cindy Danielson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, safety training, and employee development. Currently serving as a Leadership & Safety Industrial Trainer at Iowa Central Community College since July 2017, Cindy has also held significant roles at Hy-Capacity since June 1998, including OSHA Authorized Trainer, General Manager, and Board of Directors Member. Cindy's previous experience includes serving on the CIRAS Advisory Council at Iowa State University from December 2009 to December 2012, and working as an Office Manager at ManpowerGroup from May 1994 to June 1998. Educational credentials include bachelor's degrees in Education, Safety, and Coaching from the University of Northern Iowa and Buena Vista University, along with coursework in education, coaching, human resources, and management at Iowa Central Community College.

Hy-Capacity was founded in 1978 as a remanufacturer of agricultural clutches, water pumps and torque amplifiers (TA's). Over the years, Hy-Capacity has expanded product lines to include new items such as tractor seats and cab kits, hydraulic pumps, air conditioning items, front end / front axle parts, LED lights and more. Our parts fit a wide variety of agricultural equipment including AGCO, Case IH, International Harvester, John Deere, Kubota, Mahindra, Massey Ferguson, New Holland and many others.
