Brenda Castro has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Brenda currently holds the position of Global Director, Brand and Digital Marketing at Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Ogilvy as an Account Director from 2016 to 2018, where they played a key role in developing marketing strategies and facilitating partnerships for the introduction of CMX Cinemas in the USA. Brenda also worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day as an Account Director from 2012 to 2014, where they successfully implemented J&J's first Global Corporate Campaign in a decade. Brenda'sachievements led their to be selected as one of the 20 Account Managers to attend the Global Leaders Forum in Paris. Before that, Brenda served as an International Account Director at TBWA\Worldwide from 2009 to 2013, where they managed the Visa regional account in Latin America and received an award for developing a highly successful marketing campaign in Brazil. Additionally, they worked at D+H+P as a Regional Account Manager from 2005 to 2009, receiving prestigious awards for their work with clients such as Delta Airlines, Visa, Alamo Rent a car, and Disney. Brenda's early experience includes working as a Marketing Coordinator at Reebok from 2002 to 2003. Overall, Brenda has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for renowned brands.

Brenda Castro began their education journey in 2003 when they enrolled in Emerson College, where they pursued a Master's degree in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising. Brenda completed their studies in 2005.

After a significant gap in their education, Brenda recently pursued a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, starting in 2020. Brenda is currently enrolled and working towards completing the program.

Prior to their Master's degree, Brenda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac. The exact timeline for this degree is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Brenda has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. In 2021, they earned a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from Kellogg Executive Education, a Content Marketing certification from HubSpot, and certifications in Google Ads Search, Google Analytics, SEO from Semrush, and Social Media from HubSpot. Earlier in 2021, they also acquired a certification in Strategic Optimization from Rollins College.
