Daniel Mascarenhas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and innovation. Currently serving as the VP of Special Projects & Creative Director at Hype, Daniel focuses on enhancing Web3 ecosystems and metaverses through innovative campaigns. As an Advisor and Expert Evaluator for the European Commission, involvement with the Horizon 2020 initiative underscores expertise in assessing innovative projects. Additionally, Daniel founded and leads Back the Future, a collective committed to spotlighting sustainable ideas. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CMO at LAUNCH STUDIO, Thought Leader at Kickstarter, and multiple creative positions, including Design Director at TBWA and Creative Director at AKQA. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Centro Universitario de Belo Horizonte and an Interactive Art Director certification from Hyper Island.
