Anne Elizabeth Cundiff Rd

Anne Elizabeth Cundiff RD, LD, FAND is a Corporate Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in nutrition, health, and wellness, currently serving Hy Vee since February 2008. In addition to this role, Cundiff is the President of AE Huebert Consulting, LLC, offering freelance mentoring and presentations since September 2016. Cundiff has also held leadership positions, such as President of the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics from June 2015 to June 2016, and worked as an RD Coach with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation from January 2010 to June 2012. Previous experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Iowa Western Community College and serving as a Clinical Dietitian at Creighton University Medical Center. Cundiff's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Biology from Creighton University and a Dietetics internship at Iowa State University.
