The Hyakugo Bank, Ltd. operates in three business segments. The Banking segment provides deposit services, loan services, domestics exchange services and foreign exchange services. This segment is also engaged in the examination and adjustment of cash, the storage and management of documents and accounting books, the survey and evaluation of real estate, the placement agency and personnel management business. The Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing business through one of its subsidiaries. The Others segment is engaged in the trading of financial products, the credit card and credit guarantee business, the provision of regional industry survey- and consulting-related services, as well as the processing of information business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 10 consolidated subsidiaries.
