Brandon Neway

Brandon Neway is a Software Engineer 1 at HPR (Hyannis Port Research) since January 2021, specializing in high-performance C programming. Brandon previously served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Physics Department at Carnegie Mellon University, where a machine learning-based classifier was constructed to differentiate two particle reaction mechanisms from data gathered in the GlueX experiment. In 2018, Brandon interned as a Program Analyst at Lockheed Martin, contributing to the F35 Program Office while holding a secret security clearance. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and has pursued advanced studies in Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Education was completed with a high school diploma from George School.
