Arturo Guzman Melendez, MHR, CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources specializing in compensation and benefits, with extensive experience across reputable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits & Global HR Data Governance at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Arturo has previously held roles such as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Apple Leisure Group, Head of Compensation at Total Wine & More, and Director of HR Services and Global Total Rewards at NII Holdings, Inc. In addition to corporate roles, Arturo contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor and Capstone Project Advisor/Compensation Subject Matter Expert at Georgetown University.
