Beth Lubotsky currently serves as the Head of Loyalty Strategy at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Beth spent nearly 18 years at Walgreens, culminating in the position of Head of the myWalgreens Loyalty Platform. In this capacity, Beth led the strategy and execution of one of the largest customer engagement platforms with over 100 million members, achieving a 20% year-over-year revenue growth. Additional roles at Walgreens included Senior Director of Customer Insights and Interim Head of Global Insights, where Beth utilized advanced analytics and first-party data to drive customer understanding and business performance. Beth holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution.
