Elissa Frye

Elissa Frye currently serves as the Managing Director Global Head of Lifestyle Group Operations at Hyatt since October 2024. Prior to this role, Frye held various positions at Standard International, LLC, including EVP Finance & Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Finance from November 2021 to September 2025, and Director of Finance from July 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, Frye worked at The Standard Hotels as Regional Food and Beverage Controller from August 2013 to July 2019, and held multiple roles at The Standard, High Line between November 2010 and August 2013, including Food and Beverage Controller and Co-Director of Purchasing. Earlier in the career, Frye gained experience at Cipriani from September 2003 to November 2010, where various positions included Corporate Accounting Operations Coordinator and Payroll and Reporting Clerk. Elissa Frye holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Johnson & Wales University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
