Gavin Johnston is a seasoned professional in user experience research and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of User Experience Research at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Human Factors Research Scientist at Cerner Corporation and Chief Strategy Officer at Bradley and Montgomery, where emphasis was placed on integrating human experience into marketing and advertising strategies.
