Gonzalo del Peón

Gonzalo del Peón is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over 30 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as Senior Advisor and Group President for Global Commercial at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since December 2022, Gonzalo oversees owner and investor relations and product innovation for the Inclusive Collection, which features over 100 luxury all-inclusive resorts worldwide. Prior to this position, Gonzalo held various roles at AMResorts from 2002 to December 2022, including President, where significant contributions included establishing the AMR™ Collection and defining the company’s business model. Gonzalo's career began at Grupo Posadas, serving as VP of Sales and Marketing and Director of Marketing. Gonzalo holds a Master of Business Administration from IPADE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
