Randy Dawes is a Director of Engineering and Sustainability with over 40 years of strategic maintenance and asset management experience. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since 2024, Randy previously held roles as the VP of Facilities at Enlivant and the Director of Hotel Engineering for Hyatt from 2006 to 2017. Randy’s earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Engineering at Hyatt Regency New Orleans from 2002 to 2005. They obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Delgado Community College between 1981 and 1984.
