Theodoros Digkas

Theodoros Digkas is an experienced professional in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as a Food And Beverage Assistant at Hyatt since April 2025. Prior roles include Food and Beverage Manager at Louis Hotels from December 2022 to June 2025, and Food & Beverage Assistant Manager at AMResorts from February to December 2022. Digkas has also held positions at Louis Hotels, where responsibilities included Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Food Beverage Trainee, as well as roles at Mayor Hotels & Resorts as Restaurant Manager and Chandris Hotels as Banquet Manager.
