Daniel Reynolds

Daniel Reynolds has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Daniel most recently worked at HyAxiom, Inc. as the Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resource Leader at GE Power, where they led a team of four HR managers and provided HR services to 750 employees. Daniel was also the HR Leader for the Gas Power Systems client group. Before their time at GE Power, Daniel was the Global Human Resource Leader at GE Energy Connections, where they oversaw the HR direction of global engineering and finance organizations. Daniel started their career at GE as the Human Resource Manager for GE Supply, leading performance review, talent development, and succession planning for their electrical distribution business. Throughout their career, Daniel has implemented various HR initiatives, supported organizational change, and focused on improving HR function capabilities.

Daniel Reynolds has a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Elmira College.
