David Giordano

David Giordano has extensive experience in government relations and business development. David started their career as a Project Associate at Black, Manafort, Stone & Kelly, where they conducted research and provided analysis on Congressional activities. David then worked at APCO Worldwide as a Government Relations Manager, monitoring legislative activities and lobbying for clients. At The Boeing Company, they served as a Constituent Relations Manager, focusing on international trade and managing the Boeing Government Action Network. Giordano also worked as a Principal at Panuzio Business Strategies, LLC, representing clients at the federal and state levels. David served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Friends of Joe Lieberman and as a member of the management team at Advocates Inc. DC, specializing in grassroots issue advocacy. Giordano founded their own government relations firm, Panuzio & Giordano Public Affairs, LLC, where they assisted clients in identifying funding sources and focused on transportation, economic development, and urban issues. David currently works at HyAxiom, Inc., a stationary fuel cell and hydrogen solutions provider, where they are involved in government relations and business development.

David Giordano completed their education in a chronological order. From 1979 to 1985, they attended Hopkins School, during which they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Union College from 1985 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Political Science. Lastly, from 1991 to 1993, they attended The George Washington University, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree, specializing in Public Administration: Executive, Legislative, and Regulatory Management.
