Frank Lockburner

Frank Lockburner is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Hybir Inc. since October 2013, Lockburner has been pivotal in driving technological advancements. In addition, Lockburner has been the President of Flitch since February 1993, focusing on providing planning and implementation of technology strategies to enhance operational efficiency for clients. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer at Emmaco Solutions and Flitch (2007-2014) and President at Rapid (1992-2009).
