Mariam Arana Arreaga

Mariam Arana Arreaga has a diverse work experience. Mariam began their career in 2015 with Telefónica as an Ingeniero de Provisión, where they were responsible for analyzing, organizing, and tracking projects, managing resources and inventory, and creating business cases. In 2019, they moved to Atento Guatemala as a Técnico Especializado, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing B2B projects, evaluating and improving processes, and coordinating and directing various contractors. Most recently, in 2022, they joined HYBRICO Energy Technologies as a Process Engineer, where they are responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing new processes for continuous improvement, implementing agile methodologies and frameworks to optimize regional operations, and conducting quality audits.

Mariam Arana Arreaga has completed their Ingeniera Industrial degree from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in 2021. Mariam also holds a Diplomatura in Control de Calidad from the same university. Additionally, Mariam has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Certificate LSSGBPPC (CertiProf, 2021), Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, 2021), Scrum Master Certified (SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, 2021), Toyota Production System TPS Nivel 5 (Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), 2021), Six Sigma Yellow Belt (6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications, 2021), Aprende SCRUM (LinkedIn, 2021), and Fundamentos de la gestión de proyectos (LinkedIn, 2021).
