Ricardo Palacios

Ricardo Palacios has extensive work experience in graphic design and customer service. Ricardo previously worked as a Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator at Hybrid Power Solutions, where they utilized their graphic design skills. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at the same company. Ricardo also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International and Teleperformance, where they assisted customers with inquiries and technical issues. Additionally, they worked as an Art Director at Red Core Studios and as a Graphic Designer at Travel Mall - Travel Agency, where they played a role in creating the visual identity of the company.

Ricardo Palacios has a strong education background in the field of Graphic Design. Ricardo completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado from 2016 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, Ricardo pursued further education and completed a program in Graphic Design from Fanshawe College from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Design and Applied Arts.
