As Hybrid Theory’s Global Head of Product, Ines is responsible for delivering strategic and successful business outcomes for marketers through product and innovation.
Ines began her Media and AdTech career in Shanghai working at digital agency Avazu, where her expertise spread across private ad exchanges, ad networks, and proprietary developed DSP platforms. From there, she went on to Criteo to work with the Brazilian market out of London. Ines joined Hybrid Theory in 2015, in Singapore, where in the span of five years worked her way up to APAC Regional lead growing Hybrid Theory’s operation across several markets.
Now stationed in the New York offices, Ines believes that Hybrid Theory can relieve the industry of confusion and jargon by incorporating in its products the mission of making the complex simple.
